Extreme Gas Pabigas Raffle Promo
WIN UP TO P50,000 WORTH OF FUEL E-VOUCHERS WITH THE EXTREME GAS PABIGAS RAFFLE PROMO
Promo Duration: October 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024
E-Raffle Promo Mechanics:
1. For every P100 worth of purchase on Fuels, Lubricants, Wash and Bonjour Shop items, a customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle ticket.
2. Customers will be given a promo slip with station code and QR code for registration in the microsite.
3. Customers to scan QR code to direct to the microsite for registration. Customers must fill in the following details:
- Purchase (Fuel, Lubricants, Wash & Bonjour)
- Amount
- Receipt Number and Receipt Photo
- Station Code
- First Name
- Last Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Address
- Birthday
- Where did you hear about the promo: Station Pump Attendant, Friend or relative, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, SMS, Others.
4. After successful registration, a confirmation message via SMS will be sent to the customer.
5. Biweekly and Grand Draw Schedule with the supervision of authorized DTI representative:
Prizes are in the form of Fuel and Rice e-Vouchers and are not convertible to cash.

7. Winners will be announced via Total official Facebook page www.facebook.com/totalinthephilippines
8. Total (Philippines) Corporation will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10, 000.00
9. Each winner can only win once during the biweekly and grand raffle draw.
10. Biweekly and grand draw winners will be validated via phone call thru the mobile number submitted in the electronic raffle entry. Grand winners shall also be notified via registered mail.
11. For validation, the raffle winner will be asked to submit thru e-mail a copy of the winning Sales Invoice, registered notice, and at least one (1) valid ID with the birth date indicated in the ID.
12. Redemption of e-voucher is until 60 days from receipt of notification, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Total (Philippines) Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
13. Once confirmed and validated, the winning rice e-voucher will be sent via e-mail/SMS to the biweekly winners. For the grand prize winners, printed fuel e-vouchers will be sent to their preferred mailing address via courier.
14. Fuel e-vouchers are not convertible to cash.
15. Validation and awarding of winning items to winners will be done within two (2) weeks from the submission of requirements thru e-mail.
16. Promo is valid for cash and credit card transactions only.
17. Promo is applicable for fuel loaded to vehicle tank only. Containers are not allowed.
18. Promo is not applicable to PO and bulk accounts.
19. This e-raffle promo is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
20. By participating in this promo, all winner/s and participants grants Total (Philippines) Corporation permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on official Total (Philippines) Corporation Website, or Total (Philippines) Corporation social media pages.
21. Total (Philippines) Corporation reserves the right to refuse to award the free fuel e-vouchers to transactions that are proven to be invalid and fraudulent such as but not limited to system glitch or collusion.
22. Employees of Total (Philippines) Corporation, advertising agency, and participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the e-raffle promo.
23. Control Measures: DTI representatives shall be invited to check, test, validate, and verify the computer system for receiving entries and registration, and drawing of winners. A copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI representative upon application. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.
