Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements the strategies to achieve: (1) sales and profitability targets, (2) accounts receivables, DSO, and working capital objectives (3) capex and opex budgets
  • Manage B2B Lubricants team by setting targets, communicating clear directions to achieve Division objectives, and ensuring of proper execution, progress and results
  • Support people development through coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback
  • Develop and foster relationships with key B2B customers and distributors as support and example to the direct reports
  • Communicates regularly with the Division Head to exchange updates and ensure alignment
  • Identify key industries and segments under the B2B channel with high growth opportunities and success rate for company’s products and services
  • Develops plans and strategies in (1) increasing share of wallet from current customers and distributors, (2) prospection activities to generate new business, (3) improving customer value proposition, (4) building internal capabilities/ expertise in key industries, (5) improving profitability, (6) managing credit risks and operating within budget
  • Manage the day-to-day business activities and coordinates with various Divisions and departments as needed

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10 years’ Sales or Account Manager
  • Experience in petroleum or industrial related products such as construction, transportation, power, marine, mining or manufacturing
  • Extensive knowledge in lubricant applications for commercial and industrial use
  • Must have experience managing a team

Job Description:

  • Set sales and profitability objectives for the zone or industry segment under the coordination and supervision of the B to B Sales Manager (BtoBSM), and under the overall budget network
  • Develop action plans together with the BtoBSM in order to achieve the set objectives (including detailed sales activities and programs, expense requirements, and role of company/division support functions, etc.) and execute them to achieve the desired result
  • Communicate constantly with the BtoBSM to ensure proper execution of set plans, assessment of progress (and whether alternatives are needed), and evaluation of results
  • Ensure proper credit management through the efficient and on-time collection of receivables and diligent accounts reconciliation, implementing company credit and collection policy
  • Control operating expenses through efficient use of applicable resources and strict monitoring of expenditures through coordination with the BtoBSM and Back Office group
  • Assist in the management of working capital and achievement of sales inventory (DSI) targets through accurate forecasting of sales
  • Coordinated with BtoBSM, Technical Manager, Technical Sales Engineer and service providers for all technical/logistical related activities as directed by the Division.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a degree in Engineering
  • Prior sales experience in petroleum, industrial or chemicals
  • In depth knowledge of lubrication, as well as management consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving volume, gross margin/profitability, and credit performance targets for assigned area
  • Acts as a business consultant to dealers on the management of outlets e.g. working capital & inventory management, outlet profitability, etc.
  • Promotes, monitors & develops high standards of customer service, housekeeping, safety, merchandising, and general operation at sites
  • Evaluates dealers’ performance in terms of ability to operate a station in line with company policy and standards
  • Monitors competitors’ activities within the trade area e.g. competitor price surveys, promotions, etc. and promptly reporting these to Management
  • Liaises with other departments to resolve issues & concerns of dealers being managed in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

  • Business or Engineering graduate
  • Strong sales, negotiating, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or Oil/Gas industry
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the efficient implementation and operation of all IT systems in alignment with the business objectives of TPC, Group IT, and other organizational units.
  • Manage and facilitate various IT hardware and software build, distribution, inventory, security controls, maintenance including disposal in compliance to TotalEnergies requirements
  • Responsible for user training for new, current, or recurring IT needs
  • Is relied upon to be a technical adviser and consultant for all IT matters wherein the person provides recommendations and guidelines about current and future IT solutions, actions, resources, and plans.
  • Management of local Infrastructure, end-user devices, Telephone system, and Data Network and other related IT aspects.
  • Creation and management of applications within the Office 365 ecosystem such as PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Management of existing applications whether built in-house or acquired externally
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and approving requests for information systems hardware, software, and/or IT services.
  • Preparation and monitoring of IT budget, creation of long-term plans, and optimization of budget spending including the CapEx and OpEx budgets.
  • Implementation of IT Security controls based on TotalEnergies’ Security standards and IT best practices and standards. Also serves as Total (Philippines) Corporation Local Information Security Officer.
  • Overall responsible for the IT run and support and IT assessment and implementation of projects and initiatives of Total (Philippines) Corporation.
  • Overall responsible to the creation, management, updating and distribution of IT policies, processes, security controls, etc. both from a local IT and Group IT standpoint

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology related responsibilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge related to Information Technology specifically Servers, Network, Cybersecurity, and application development (Office 365, related programming languages).
  • Significant experience related to business systems and applications such as POS, Retail systems, Marketing apps, etc.
  • Experience in project management, change and configuration management, and ITSM (IT Service Management), including but not limited to Service Desk support, related KPIs and ticketing systems.
  • Technical competencies in Windows Operating System, Office 365, SAP, Servers, Database, Telephone System, Network Administration, Cybersecurity and System Analysis & Design. Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CSSP, and related Server and Network certifications are preferred.
  • Knowledge in programming languages such as PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, is desired and considered as an advantage but not required.
  • Vast experience in collaborating with Regional and Global teams to provide support, implement local and HQ mandated initiatives and projects. Excellent communication skill is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct under the supervision of the Legal, Risk & Compliance Manager audits and reviews on the various business processes/systems and ensure its compliance to all policies and procedures of the company on the local as well as Group level.
  • Provide corrective actions and recommendations for areas of non-compliance to local and group level procedures.
  • Conduct audits and review as well as strengthening of controls in terms of the segregation of duties.
  • Identify areas of risks for the company and propose mitigation/corrective action plans.
  • Realize the audit plan as approved by management
  • Contribute to audit reviews done by external auditors
  • Review and update existing controls based on risk analysis
  • Ensure that procedures are known by employees and applied through audits: MSAP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and entity procedures that are not covered by SOP.
  • Ensure that local procedures are relevant, and update them when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent experience with Finance background
  • 2-4 years of experience in Big four (4) audit firms
  • Good communication skills
  • Good working knowledge on Financial Management and Accounting
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Self-motivated
