Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures to prepare the annual financial statements in compliance with SEC and BIR requirements 
  • Ensures to review batch payment proposal list on a weekly basis
  • Ensures accurate and timely clearing of GR/IR account
  • Ascertains that all transactions are recorded in conformity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRSs), company and Group policies and procedures are properly implemented
  • Ensures correct and timely payment of lease transactions and leads the team in the implementation of IFRS 16 and other PFRSs
  • Ensures efficient supervision of accounting team

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience and has end-user background in SAP FI-FA/AR
  • Proficient in analyzing financial issues and making logical recommendation based on findings
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant, with working knowledge and experience on PFRSs, highly analytical and knowledgeable in MS Office – Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Must have working experience in accounting supervision

  • Implements the strategies to achieve: (1) sales and profitability targets, (2) accounts receivables, DSO, and working capital objectives (3) capex and opex budgets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fundamentally the focal person in the areas pertaining to Product and Logistics Costs in the preparation of: (a) Monthly RES1 reporting; (b) Budget Package; & (c) Long Term Plan
  • Coordinates with Operations Supply and Logistics department and all related departments on the monthly actual results, factors affecting business results as well as their budgets, plans & programs
  • Monitors and analyzes product and logistics costs for all business units, coordinating with the concerned departments
  • Ensures accuracy by checking & validating the uploaded standard costs in SAP for continuous improvement of the costing processes
  • Prepares necessary monthly accrual entries related to Cost of Sales and Logistics Costs for all business units

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of Management Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics Business or Engineering graduate 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably in Oil and Petroleum cost analysis 
  • Proficient in MS Office & SAP; Other financial or accounting software background is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly analytical

  • Manage, maintain, and implement Windows systems including relevant software and database
  • Designs, installs, and administers locally and globally implemented application that provide integrated and automated information systems

  • Experienced dealing with government agencies, managing external counsel and implementing global corporate policies
