Job Responsibilities

Retail Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Manages the financial and administrative (reportorial, data analysis and information) requirements of Retail Division and provides support to help in the attainment of Division objectives:
  • Sales and Profitability objectives
  • Management of Retail Opex and CAPEX
  • Provides the Retail Division timely financial performance data (collection & analysis) for all TPC Retail Network stations;
  • Rationalizes and updates databases, reports and studies, as required, to enable in-depth analysis and efficient access of network information;
  • Key custodian of Retail Financial and Sales data (includes Retail Sales and SFS).
  • Responsible for the Budget Exercise and Long-Term Plan of Retail Division in coordination with all Retail and in liaison with other depts. as necessary (e.g. Finance and Operations);
  • Consolidates and validates the fuels nomination and forecast of the Business
  • Creates and maintains analyses, presentations and reports as instructed by VPR or as needed by Corporate Planning

Control and Validation of SAP setup

  • Assists in validating the details of requested creation of customer account and profit center
  • Requests for amendment of SAP database for customer specifics and profit/cost center
  • Assists and advises in the booking of costs to their correct general ledger account and cost center

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, accounting or business analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent SAP & MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of databases, pivot tables and macros.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving volume, gross margin/profitability, and credit performance targets for assigned area
  • Acts as a business consultant to dealers on the management of outlets e.g. working capital & inventory management, outlet profitability, etc.
  • Promotes, monitors & develops high standards of customer service, housekeeping, safety, merchandising, and general operation at sites
  • Evaluates dealers’ performance in terms of ability to operate a station in line with company policy and standards
  • Monitors competitors’ activities within the trade area e.g. competitor price surveys, promotions, etc. and promptly reporting these to Management
  • Liaises with other departments to resolve issues & concerns of dealers being managed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conveys to Management pertinent developments happening in his/her assigned areas and provides recommendations
  • Optimizes business opportunities of the stations managed i.e. optimizing margins, proposing new revenue streams that can be generated, etc.
  • Collects outstanding receivables from customers/dealers
  • Submits reportorial requirement as mandated by Management
  • Ensures implementation of company & site-specific promo activities in accordance with company guidelines to promote the brand/business in assigned areas
  • Assists Retail Development in finding opportunities to expand the network

 

Qualifications:

  • Business or Engineering graduate
  • Strong sales, negotiating, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or Oil/Gas industry
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines

  • Accountable for Volume Sales and Profitability (Fuels, Lubes, LPG) in line with or exceed budget
  • Management of Regional Dealer Network, ensuring all company policies are complied with
  • Credit Management. Recovery of all fuel and NFR franchise fees due and recover outstanding payments

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new business generation and maintenance of existing business in the assigned sales area which handles Mining, Power, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and/or Resellers.
  • Ensure implementation and attainment of General Trade key metrics particularly the sales volumes, credit management and profitability targets
  • Regular monitoring of General Trade sales activities in your assigned sales area which should be directed towards achieving objectives
  • Demonstrate good business sense and teamwork resulting to efficiency and productivity
  • Consistently update and work closely with Management on market information such as trends, business development and value proposition that are relevant to the General Trade business, strategies and growth
  • Sustain the company’s good image through consistent implementation of Quality Customer Service to all internal, projects and investments

  • Regular updating to the General Trade Manager on the business developments, competitive info, critical success and support factors which are geared towards business growth, systems improvement and productivity
  • Prompt submission of completed staff work including effective implementation of special projects assigned

Qualifications

  • Preferably with Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Sales experience in petroleum, industrial or chemicals is an advantage
  • Highly adaptive to a dynamic sales and marketing environment
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Should be customer service oriented, with effective negotiating and influencing skills
  • Must be willing to travel if needed

  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Can work independently and manage multiple projects
