What is Total Card?
- Provides your business with an efficient and secure Fuel Payment System and Fuel Supply Service that gives you Convenience, Security and Ease of Monitoring. Total Card is the first in the market to offer a dematerialized option to its customers.
- No cash required. An interest-free credit that will reduce admin cost for the company
- Total issues a Single VAT Invoice for tax remittance purposes
- Monitors the fuel consumption through My Fuel+ where customers can also order cards and generate reports as needed
- Transactions can be monitored via MyFuel+. Alerts and restrictions can also be set to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Who can use Total Card?
- Total Card is intended for business with fuel requirements and a fleet of vehicles. Example: Trucking, Logistics, Construction, Pharma, Buses and coaches and etc.
Where Can I use Total Card?
Total Card can be used in more than a 100 (and counting) Total stations nationwide.
What are the types of Total Card?
We are the first in the market to introduce both physical card and a Dematerialized card option.
Driver Card – as the name suggests, the card is named after its driver
Vehicle Card- card is printed with the vehicle’s plate number
Driver-Vehicle Card- Both driver and vehicle details are printed in the card.
Admin Card – a Card which can be used by any appointed personnel from the customer side. This is normally used by construction companies for their gensets.
OTP – Uses the holder’s mobile number as a reference for payment/transaction. This could work as a stand-alone feature or in lieu of a physical card.
RFID- Uses a tag (normally attached in the vehicle) as a form of card to allow a purchase/transaction.
How Can I use the Total Card?
A Card Holder can just simply go to any Total Card accredited site and gas up using his/her Total Card.
Before filling up, there’ll be a pre-transaction check to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction.

How Can I apply for a Total Card account?
Any business with fuel requirement can apply. Your business will undergo credit screening to allow us to identify the suitable credit term and credit limit for your business.
