Job Responsibilities:

  • Implements the strategies to achieve: (1) sales and profitability targets, (2) accounts receivables, DSO, and working capital objectives (3) capex and opex budgets
  • Manage B2B Lubricants team by setting targets, communicating clear directions to achieve Division objectives, and ensuring of proper execution, progress and results
  • Support people development through coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback
  • Develop and foster relationships with key B2B customers and distributors as support and example to the direct reports
  • Communicates regularly with the Division Head to exchange updates and ensure alignment
  • Identify key industries and segments under the B2B channel with high growth opportunities and success rate for company’s products and services
  • Develops plans and  strategies in (1) increasing share of wallet from current customers and distributors, (2) prospection activities to generate new business, (3) improving customer value proposition, (4) building internal capabilities/ expertise in key industries, (5) improving profitability, (6)  managing credit risks and operating within budget
  • Manage the day-to-day business activities and coordinates with various Divisions and departments as needed

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 10 years’ Sales or Account Manager experience in petroleum or industrial related products such as construction, transportation, power, marine, mining or manufacturing
  • Extensive knowledge in lubricant applications for commercial and industrial use
  • Must have experience managing a team

  • Performs sales and account management responsibilities and activities covering commercial and industrial customers in the Lubricants B2B Sales team within an assigned geographic area or industry segment in order to attain business objectives: (1) sales and profitability, (2) credit management targets, (3) new business development

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fundamentally the focal person in the areas pertaining to Product and Logistics Costs in the preparation of: (a) Monthly RES1 reporting; (b) Budget Package; & (c) Long Term Plan
  • Coordinates with Operations Supply and Logistics department and all related departments on the monthly actual results, factors affecting business results as well as their budgets, plans & programs
  • Monitors and analyzes product and logistics costs for all business units, coordinating with the concerned departments
  • Ensures accuracy by checking & validating the uploaded standard costs in SAP for continuous improvement of the costing processes
  • Prepares necessary monthly accrual entries related to Cost of Sales and Logistics Costs for all business units
  • Ensures monthly KPI for the affiliate are within the tolerance thresholds by checking consistency between PCA and COPA
  • Provides accurate financial & analytical reports of the logistics and supply costs to the Business & Operating units to assist in their strategy formulation & performance measure

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of Management Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics Business or Engineering graduate 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably in Oil and Petroleum cost analysis 
  • Proficient in MS Office & SAP; Other financial or accounting software background is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and highly analytical

  • Manage, maintain, and implement Windows systems including relevant software and database
  • Designs, installs, and administers locally and globally implemented application that provide integrated and automated information systems 
  • Consults with users and evaluates technical requirements, conducts technical research on upgrades and components, recommends designs, provides cost analysis, plans projects, and coordinates tasks for the installation of IT systems and relevant applications taking in consideration the feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems

Qualifications:

  • Ensure the legal protection of the company and associated affiliates, represent company in legal capacity when required, and provide training on legal requirements to employees

  • Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines 
  • At least two years’ experience in a reputable law firm and at least one year experience as in-house counsel 
  • Background in various fields of law (corporate, labor, litigation, competition, data privacy), and able to draft contracts and other legal documents; 
  • Experienced dealing with government agencies, managing external counsel and implementing global corporate policies
  • well versed in legal research and legal analysis, and compliance requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil industry
